Division Information

PACCAR’s Information Technology Division (ITD), located in Renton, WA utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide systems development, consulting, voice and data communications services to the entire corporation, which has high global visibility in the technology sector.

Requisition Summary

This position will report to the Dealer Software Systems team at PACCAR’s Information Technology Division. The developer will support systems like Warranty, B2B, Service Event Management, and backend system integrations.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Solve highly technical and complex problems
• Develop and Enhance C#, .NET applications
• Understand and support of C# and Visual Basic based applications
• Develop and Enhance SQL SSIS Packages, WCF and other .Net solutions
• System enhancements
• Other duties as assigned
• On call availability 24/7 for system support

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT or technical related experience preferred
• 3+ years of .NET or related experience preferred
• WCF, SSIS, HTML5 and other .Net technologies
• API/Microservices (C#.Net, Python)
• AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API)
• Database (Snowflake, SQLServer, SQLite, MS Access)
• DevOps (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Octopus)
• .Net Core (MVC, API, Razor Pages)
• .Net Framework (MVC, WCF, WebAPI, Web Services)
• Web Protocols (SOAP, REST, HTTP, HTTPS)
• Maintained high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines
• Analytical ability to apply SDLC software design and testing methodologies
• Experience working in an Agile Development environment preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate both in verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization
• Produce Quality Technical Documentation (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Ability to work effectively in customer focused team environment
• Customer service oriented
• Proven ability to stay organized
