Requisition Summary

PACCAR Financial Services Ltd. is seeking a Credit/Finance Coordinator to assist in the process of all administrative aspects of new business transitions including Contract Preparation and RDPRM registration.  Conducts Insurance follow-up, provide Customer and Dealer services and prepare deals for funding.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative support to Marketing department by preparing documents, correspondence and complex proposals
  • Provides administrative support to District Sales Manager
  • Conducts RDPRM activities to ensure proper lien perfections on all contracts and leases in accordance with company policies
  • Conducts insurance follow-up activities in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Reviews files for completeness, accuracy and prepares funding sheets for customers
  • Provides Customer Service to and acts on request from dealers and customers including but not limited to payouts, principal and interest statements, plate letters, release and bill of sale letters, general inquires and credit applications when required
  • Review files to provide information to the Collections Department as required
  • Support the reception desk by perform general duties
  • AD Hoc work as needed.
Skills / Competencies
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • 3-5 years' experience within a Finance/Leasing environment, preferably in an automotive setting
  • Advance level of Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail including ability to balance multiple priorities and meeting specific deadlines
  • An aptitude for Math as it is relates to validating contract terms and conditions
  • Ability to maintain a high level of customer service while analyzing and problem solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ideal candidate would be able to work independently as well support a team to meet company KPIs in a fast-pace environment.

Required to have completed a 4 year diploma/college degree
