Title : Service Shop Coordinator

Work location :  Kenworth Montreal (7500 Rte Transcanadienne, Saint-Laurent, QC H4T 1A5)

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11:30PM 

Salary: between 70-85K, according to experience

Summary of responsibilities:

• Review work order information such as mechanics' billable time;
• Validate and review workshop procedure documentations ; 
• Validate warranties or estimated repair costs and code tasks to warranties;
• Coordinate appointments;
• Plan and prioritize workshop work;
• Contact the manufacturer and workshop to obtain authorizations;
• Validate and communicate with service writers (technical advisors), mechanics and foreman;
• Ensure complete documentation for a claim;
• Make policy requests to different DSM;
• In the absence of the foreman act as a substitute

Qualifications:

• DEP in heavy vehicle mechanics or other related field;
• Experience in warranty repair techniques and procedures of various heavy vehicle manufacturers;
• French and English (speak, read, write - intermediate);
• Good knowledge of computer systems;
• Organization;
• Teamwork
• Problem Solving.
