Title : Sales Truck Coordinator

Work location :  Kenworth Montreal (7500 Rte Transcanadienne, Saint-Laurent, QC H4T 1A5)

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM  

Salary: between $65-75K

Benefits :

• Temporary role for a duration of 3 months, 40h/week ;

Summary of responsibilities:

• Forward documents or information received to truck sales representatives and the Sales Manager and maintain the database "sales department order table";
• Update sales department procedures as soon as there are changes with Kenworth, suppliers, workshop or locally at the branch;
• Issue internal requisitions and follow schedules and purchase orders established at the sales meeting;
• Assist the truck sales representatives regarding the plan of the manufacturing schedules; the planning of the installations, as well as the displacements (jockey), in order to ensure to meet the deadlines of deliveries established with the customers;
• Establish monthly delivery schedules and coordinate with the director, representatives, the technical advisor of the workshop and the F&I.
• Prepare and send truck file and invoice documents to the customer;
• Close the truck files, once the proof of payment has been received as well as the delivery authorization, and send to the accounting department for the accounting of costs.

Qualifications:

• DEC in Administration or another related program ;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar function, preferably with companies operating in the trucking or automotive sector ;
• Accounting knowledge (asset) ;
• Master the use of the MS Office Suite;
• French and English basic level:
  • Level of competence: speak, read and writing at basic level of English
  • Frequency : weekly 
  • Motive : communicating with suppliers/clients outside of Québec (Canada, United States of America), clarying questions they might have and following-up with them via emails.
