SUMMARY
The Lease Administration Supervisor ensures the administrative management of fleet vehicles and long-term leases as well as the management of accounting activities with Corporate PacLease.
SUPERVISORY FUNCTIONS FOR ADMINISTRATION

Managing the billing of long-term and short-term rentals and the application of periodic updates of billing rates
-
Management of monthly financing fees (LRL) in terms of monthly payments, accrued, out of service, new units;
-
Monthly accounting of rental income and insurance costs on VIDLOG;
-
The verification of the long-term contract upon return of each unit and preparation of the final invoicing as well as the credit of the registrations;

Invoicing and administration of used vehicle sales;
-
Monthly reconciliation of diesel purchase expenses and diesel inventory report;
ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS TO SUPPORT PACLEASE CORPO (PLC) AND MONTH-END
The management of payables processed by PLC, and the preparation of various shipments to PLC, including the codification of G/L's accounts;

Monthly analysis of Profit and Loss (P&L) and budget

Management of the opening of accounts receivable and the age matrix of accounts receivable;

Management with accounting of PACLEASE Corp (PLC) by processing payables and balancing the Books;

Updated Used Truck Report
-
The monthly analysis of "sublets", warranty refunds, service-in-process;

Inventory control and balancing
APPLICATION OF PROCEDURES

Communication and application of procedures for all activities related to the administrative management of rental vehicles

Analysis and monitoring of the achievement of performance indicators (KPIs)
QUALIFICATIONS
-
DEC in accounting or equivalence;
-
Have more than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping management and accounting analysis;
-
Be bilingual in French and English (reading, speaking, writing);
-
Have a good knowledge of the computer systems of the MS Office suite.
