Division Information

PACCAR Parts operates a network of parts distribution centers offering aftermarket support to Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF dealers and customers around the world. Aftermarket support includes customer call centers operating 24 hours a day throughout the year and technologically advanced systems to enhance inventory control and expedite order processing.

The eCommerce Support Team is looking for the next eCommerce Analyst to make a BIG impact on the marketing and sales organization and to our dealers and customers!

This position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and providing reports throughout the marketing and sales organization and to Senior Leadership. It is essential to provide clear, accurate, and actionable data insights on how PACCAR dealers and customers are using eCommerce to drive retail sales growth. You will develop reporting and analyze trends of PACCAR’s Next Generation eCommerce platform (Online Parts Counter) and FOCUS data analytics tool, and work as an extension of the sales organization through meaningful data that strategically drives eCommerce sales support.
 

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze data to identify trends in retail sales through eCommerce uncovering opportunity for growth
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends in customer usage for marketing technology programs (Online Parts Counter, and Focus) uncovering opportunity for growth and overall usage of our sales tools
  • Create ad-hoc tools that are geared towards optimizing efficiency and accuracy for the sales organization and senior leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, dealerships, and sales management
  • Publish DealerNet content for eCommerce pages
  • Manage/participate in other special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, information technology or related field, MBA preferred.
  • Knowledge of dealership and fleet operations preferred. 
  • Minimum 2 years experience working as a systems or financial analyst
  • Excellent interpersonal and issue resolution skills
  • Strong PC Skills including experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, and web technologies.
  • Tableau, R, and Python are preferred.
  • Strong presentation and customer service skills.
  • Available to travel 0 to 25%. 
  • A strong career interest in Sales or Marketing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Self-motivation and energetic personality 
  • Team-oriented 
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to work well independently or with others
