Role Description:
Kenworth is currently seeking a Technical Bulletin Supervisor, a key Aftersales role directly impacting Kenworth dealers and PACCAR customers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will manage Kenworth’s technical bulletins and partner on shared content with Peterbilt.
The Technical Bulletin Supervisor will oversee multiple deliverables across functions and divisions to publish high quality and timely technical bulletins, including safety and emissions recalls, and other information intended for Kenworth dealer service staff and customers. The role will supervise technical bulletin authors, ensure robust planning and delivery to meet project deadlines, and provide status reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to execute field action strategies while maximizing customer uptime at the lowest possible cost to PACCAR
- Leverage data and resources to generate field action recommendations to PACCAR leadership
- Oversee development of vehicle field action populations and customer information utilizing internal systems
- Supervise and assist technical bulletin authors in managing priorities
- Provide status reporting
- Develop and Improve department processes
- Meet regulatory requirements (NHTSA, EPA, CARB, ECCC, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
We are seeking a professional with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience supervising, developing, motivating, and directing individual contributors
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, data analytics or a related subject
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to leadership
- Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills
- Experience working autonomously leveraging resources to deliver timely and cost-effective results
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using technology and big data to drive results
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in business or related subject
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Six Sigma Belt certifications
- Knowledge of vehicle systems/functions
- Experience with the logistics, transportation, trucking, or automotive industries
- Knowledge and experience in SQL, Tableau, Smartsheet

The salary range for Technical Bulletin Supervisor is $96,700-$151,300.This position is also eligible for a holiday gift. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
