Requisition Summary

This position is responsible for supporting the Materials department with the reports and data analysis that drive daily business decisions.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

•    Champion the data requirements for two segments of the business (PDC Planning, MDI, and/or Logistics).
•    Lead advancements in data storage, organization, and usage.
•    Adhoc data requests and analyses
•    System and data integrity maintenance
•    Special projects, including six sigma and descriptive exploratory data analyses, and process improvements 
•    Other duties as assigned

 

Skills / Competencies

•    Strong communication and analytical skills
•    Understanding of supply chain management and data analytics best practices
•    Understanding of data manipulation and visualization software programs 
•    Self-directed individual who is able to make sound business decisions when faced with ambiguity and conflicting priorities

Qualifications

•    Four year college degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Data Analytics required
•    Proven data management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
•    Excellent attention to detail
•    Ability to make sound decisions when faced with ambiguity
•    Self-directed individual able to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic and technical environment
•    Proficient with SQL and Snowflake
•    Preferred experience with Python and/or Tableau
•    2-4 years supply chain management experience preferred

Salary Range:

At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $69,800 - $104,300 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
