Division Information

PACCAR Parts is the global provider of aftermarket parts and services to support Kenworth, Peterbilt, DAF and TRP dealers around the world.  This includes 18 distribution centers globally that support 2,200 dealerships and over 1,000,000 customers.  Aftermarket support includes world class customer centers that deliver industry leading uptime in conjunction with our outstanding supply chain that delivers record levels of inventory availability for dealers and customers.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Coordinating elements of the Aftermarket Parts Release Process to assist with launching new programs ; including assisting on existing program expansion
  • Assisting with development of 2020 marketing ad plan
  • Assisting with the promotion of new programs to increase dealer acceptance.
  • Analyzing dealer purchases and market intelligence (e.g., MacKay data) to identify opportunities for improved all-makes breadth, market share and dealer loyalty.
  • Assessing retail data (from Fleet Services, Connect and FOCUS) to identify all-makes expansion and product conversion opportunities.
  • Working with MDI to help streamline the process of identifying retail promotion opportunities, including increased adoption of recommended stocking lists.
  • Working with Materials to streamline the ICR process including reporting of parts related to ICRs
  • Reviewing business units for profit enhancement opportunities, including eliminating or modifying low-ROI programs (particularly within the Options & Accessories SBU).
  • Supporting the Parts Information Management team with cataloging make- and model-specific data to improve parts-search tools and cross-reference guides.
  • Working with suppliers and Marketing Services to create / improve FAB sheets, promotional literature and cross-reference tools.
  • Assisting with Product Training Material Development
  • Updating ePortal pages to ensure information is consistent and accurate.
  • Assisting with Six Sigma Projects

Bachelor's Degree In Progress, ideally in Business Administration or Marketing.
