PACCAR Parts is the global provider of aftermarket parts and services to support Kenworth, Peterbilt, DAF and TRP dealers around the world.This includes 18 distribution centers globally that support 2,200 dealerships and over 1,000,000 customers.Aftermarket support includes world class customer centers that deliver industry leading uptime in conjunction with our outstanding supply chain that delivers record levels of inventory availability for dealers and customers.

Requisition Summary

Be a part of an award winning team! This data-driven marketer will be responsible for supporting an international B2B loyalty program spanning three continents and multiple brands. Love teamwork? Modern marketing strategy is anchored in data, so a solid understanding of database structure and CRM management is desired.

 

A day in the life:

As part of the team, you’ll work with internal departments to build enhance promotional offerings to the end customer. Have fun diving into the data to determine which customer segments respond to which incentives. You’ll help troubleshoot issues in the field and work with technical teams to find solutions. Maintaining reporting dashboards that gauge the program’s progress toward measurable goals will be yours to support. Be a part of our marketing channel team that includes print, email, web, advertising, PR and events, leveraging the customer loyalty program. Manage technical and process improvement projects using Six Sigma methodology from inception to fruition.

 

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Support Retail Promotions Manager with the implementation of Loyalty Rewards Programs
  • Review and validate promotion requests and work with Product Marketing to create program offers and promotion communications and coordinate with external agencies. Publish and update promotions on DealerNet
  • Identify, analyze and solve District Parts Manager (DPM), dealer and customer issues, including offer, payment and discrepancy problems. Communicate directly with dealers and DPM’s to answer questions and expedite resolutions to questions or issues
  • Maintain coupon administration database and other duties as needed
  • Generate weekly and ad hoc program reporting
  • Present promotion information to internal and external customers

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain or related field required.
  • Minimum 2 year’s experience in managing and implementing marketing communications programs desired.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proven organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Spanish and/or French Fluency a plus.
