Position Summary
PACCAR is seeking a Recruiter to support a growing workforce. If you are a highly independent, self-directed technical recruiter to support our business growth and our recruiting center of excellence. This is a temporary position, initially for four months. Located at our Information Technology Division in Renton, Washington, you will be a talent acquisition partner for our hiring managers. You have a proven track record for successfully identifying and qualifying a diverse pool of candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and other creative sourcing strategies.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting - source talent, screen candidates, develop recruiting marketing strategy, coordinate end-to-end interview processes, and partner with other recruiting team members.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and develop relationships to effectively recruit
  • Provide exceptional candidate and hiring team experience throughout the process including reliable follow-up and follow through.
  • Effectively build talent communities and drive brand awareness through various channels (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, career sites)
  • Drive technology, process and teamwork efforts to enhance the recruitment process

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of full-cycle IT-recruiting experience required
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors
  • Ability to effectively accomplish multiple priorities in established time periods and meet deadlines
  • Metric driven mentality and experience using data to influence recruiting strategies
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator and customer service oriented
