Division Information

PACCAR’s Information Technology Division (ITD), located in Renton, WA utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide systems development, consulting, voice and data communications services to the entire Corporation, which has high visibility in the technology sector.

Requisition Summary

Support active projects with analysis and administrative skills.  Maintain project and portfolio data in various systems. Support project governance and PMO team processes.  Participate in improvements to PMO processes and records. 

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Participate in the training of new PMs and ramp up of new projects
  • Support PMO Director in program governance, portfolio reporting and PMO team process improvements
  • Review and update PMO documents and tools to maintain accuracy and relevance
  • Support project managers and learn PMO processes by participating on active projects and completing administrative and analysis tasks
  • Depending on skill level, lead discrete project elements with the support of the overall project manager


  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to tolerate ambiguity and decompose complex tasks into actionable parts
  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills to work with involved business processes and/or data sets to determine insights and recommendations
  • Completed at least two low to moderately complex projects successfully under a planned budget strongly desired
  • Detail orientation for updating processes, forms and project data
  • Knowledge of PACCAR structure, people and processes preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and business teams
  • Ability to develop creative approaches to problems and build consensus


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology or related field
  • Microsoft Office 2007 and 2010, including Teams and SharePoint
  • Azure Dev Ops or other Agile project management software preferred
