Division Information

PACCAR's Information Division (ITD), located in Renton, WA utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide systems development, consulting, voice and data communications services to the entire Corporation, which has high visibility in the technology sector.

Requisition Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager that can contribute and influence quality into the PACCAR Registration and Warranty system (PRW). The Program Manager will be responsible for owning and organizing feature areas with PRW. This individual will be a fast learner, results driven, with high integrity and outstanding communication skills.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Organize and track daily activities based on the goals of the organization

  • Devising new initiatives that support multiple organization objectives for the PRW program

  • Coming up with sustainable goals for the PRW program

  • Working with other departments and divisions to develop plans and roadmaps for the PRW program

  • Evaluating and assessing the PRW program strengths and weaknesses

  • Monitoring projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are met

  • Meeting with stakeholders to discuss the PRW program status and goals

  • Work with both internal and external customers for emerging issues for the PRW program

  • Manage the Product Backlog enhancements and Service Requests

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of IT Quality/Tester related experience required.

  • Working knowledge of Pega Warranty platform

  • Thorough understanding of software quality assurance and quality control techniques and software development lifecycles(SDLC)

  • Knowledgeable in HP Quality Center use and administration

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft DevOps

  • Able to effectively communicate complex concepts and influence decisions

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks

  • Demonstrated creative and analytical problem solving and decision making skills

  • Proficient with all MS Office tools, including Visio and Project

Education

  • Bachelors Degree required
