Job Functions / Responsibilities

Production Painter Positions- $17.56

Paint Department employees are responsible for preparing various truck components for the paint application process.  Once truck components are prepped, paint is applied through the use of a manual spray process or through the use of robotics.  All employees participate in an Advanced Painter Training Program to further refine and continuously improve automotive painting skills.


Material Handling Positions - $15.66

Material Handling Department employees are responsible for shipping, receiving, maintaining inventories, and creating kitting systems for assembly teams.  The position requires experience in utilizing computers systems to maintain inventories, operating forklifts/narrow aisle stackers, yard haulers, etc.  


Production/Cab Assembly Positions - $17.56

Perform production assembly operations in one or more departments in Truck or Cab Assembly.  Assemble mechanical units, sub-assemblies and final assemblies having close tolerances, strict inspection and operating requirements where skills and assembly techniques may be acquired through a short-term training program plus varied assembly experience.  The position requires some mechanical aptitude and ability to learn to use hand and pneumatic/vibratory tools, torsion measuring devices, and utilize detailed build papers and engineering drawings.


  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to speak and understand the English Language.
  • Prior experience using hand and pneumatic/vibratory tools preferred.
  • Possess strong number/letter identification and recognition when working with an excessive amount of number/letter sequences.
  • Must be able to meet physical requirements with or without an accommodation to include: Lift, Carry, Push, Pull 50 pounds or more, Stand & Walk for 8 hours per day, consistently work in awkward positions such as bending, squatting, working from ladders, use vibratory tools, etc.


High School Diploma or GED
