Division Information

PACCAR Parts is the global provider of aftermarket parts and services to support Kenworth, Peterbilt, DAF and TRP dealers around the world.  This includes 18 distribution centers globally that support 2,200 dealerships and over 1,000,000 customers.  Aftermarket support includes world class customer centers that deliver industry leading uptime in conjunction with our outstanding supply chain that delivers record levels of inventory availability for dealers and customers. 

Requisition Summary

Supports export sales, developing, and facilitating export process. Processes customer orders and performs in-house administrative functions related to export order processing, order fulfillment and invoicing for assigned accounts. Responds to incoming customer telephone, SupportLink and e-mail inquiries.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Process incoming orders and quotes for assigned accounts.
  • Expedite and resolve parts delivery issues.
  • Coordinates with personnel at all warehouses on packing, shipping and invoicing instruction.
  • Researches and resolves part discrepancies.
  • Strong desire and skill to work towards optimizing processes utilizing Six Sigma methodology.  
  • Establish forwarding processes with dealer appointed forwarders.
  • Ensure adherence to export compliance processes.
  • Resolve shipment discrepancies.
  • Assist dealers in PACCAR Parts Systems training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field desired. 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Fluency in Spanish required (written and verbal). 
  • Flexible and be able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Detail oriented, productive and conscientious.
  • Excellent PC skills.
  • Two or more years of PACCAR Parts system experience desirable. 
  • Six Sigma experience desirable.
