Requisition Summary

This position oversees daily activities involving the rearrangement, operation, maintenance, and repair of the PACCAR Parts division office in Renton, Washington.


Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm


Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Perform routine office maintenance
  • Performs office rearrangement
  • Resolve emergency repairs and custodial issues
  • Service Request Maintenance
  • Support Reception activities
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors
  • Support AutoCAD updates
  • Submit purchase requests that support facilities requirements
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Skills

  • Knowledge of general safety practices related to work involving electrical and mechanical tasks in an office environment.
  • Must possess working knowledge of methods, practices, procedures, materials, and equipment involved in custodial and other facility maintenance work.
  • Excellent customer service required
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player, and willing to be flexible as job requirements and work schedules change
  • AutoCAD experience desired

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma required (College preferred)
  • 2 Years experience in Facilities Maintenance or similar field desired
  • AutoCAD proficiency desired
  • Knowledge of SAP desired
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally

Salary Range: 

At PACCAR Parts, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors, including your education, training, and experience. The salary range for this is $54,100 - $74,250 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for a full range of benefit options listed above.
