Division Information

PACCAR Parts is the global provider of aftermarket parts and services to support Kenworth, Peterbilt, DAF and TRP dealers around the world.  This includes 18 distribution centers globally that support 2,200 dealerships and over 1,000,000 customers.  Aftermarket support includes world class customer centers that deliver industry leading uptime in conjunction with our outstanding supply chain that delivers record levels of inventory availability for dealers and customers.

Requisition Summary

This position will direct the division-wide administration of all aspects of the capital budgeting process. This includes project management, budget tracking, and aiding in the successful completion of projects on time. In addition, regularly presenting updates on all capital budget projects to the Leadership Team and IT departments.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning, preparation, submission, and execution of the PACCAR Parts Division Capital Budget. 
  • Complete Economic Evaluation Analysis (EEA) forms for capital equipment justification.
  • Manage Operations Capital Budget Projects. Performs special/six sigma projects as required in support of PACCAR Parts Division (PPD) management and department goals.
  • Provide support to accounting for month-end and quarterly reporting activities.
  • Provide support to PDCs and Division Facilities for asset management.
  • Provide reporting on capital budget projects to PPD executives and PACCAR Corporate.
  • Represent PACCAR Parts in company-wide initiatives.
  • Lead Operations Support projects and activities as assigned.

Skills / Competencies

  • Proficiency in software applications Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment with little to no supervision. 
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate solutions based on business needs.
  • Understanding of Accounting/Finance principles with experience identifying Return on Investment (ROI) opportunities. 
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate to all levels of management effectively. 



  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required. MBA desired.
  • Minimum 4 years of Project Management. 8 years desired.
  • Minimum 2 years in a professional Operations environment. 5 years desired.
  • Demonstrated analytical/problem solving abilities
  • Six Sigma training required.  Green/Black Belt desired.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
  • PMP Certification desired.
