Job Functions / Responsibilities


•    Gather, interpret, and analyze business requirements from multiple stakeholders, teams, and departments.
•    Lead projects of moderate to high complexity with teams of 10 or more participants, budgets in the $1M range, and project durations of 7,500 hours or more.
•    Drive and deliver project results, and challenge the business on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
•    Develop project plans and initiation charters.
•    Build and execute project plans, ensuring conformance to established PACCAR standards and procedures.
•    Clearly document and communicate the business and system requirements for the development teams.
•    Risk analysis and mitigation.
•    Communicate project status and issues to senior management and project sponsors.
•    Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
•    Work with the quality assurance and development teams to triage defects and ensure changes are migrated into production correctly.
•    Acquire and coordinate resources and services from both external vendors and internal teams.
•    Conduct project management improvement activities.


•    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or applicable discipline preferred
•    2 – 5 years of demonstrated skills in managing complex projects requiring either package or custom solutions.
•    Effective consensus building skills.
•    2 or more years of experience with Agile methodologies, like SCRUM.
•    Strong teambuilding skills.
•    Strong application of process improvement methodologies.
•    Effective presentation skills suitable for senior management.
•    Self-motivated and able to work effectively with little to no supervision.
•    Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
