Division Information

PACCAR Parts is the global provider of aftermarket parts and services to support Kenworth, Peterbilt, DAF and TRP dealers around the world.  This includes 19 distribution centers globally that support 2,200 dealerships and over 1,000,000 customers.  Aftermarket support includes world class customer centers that deliver industry leading uptime in conjunction with our outstanding supply chain that delivers record levels of inventory availability for dealers and customers. 

Requisition Summary

Join an award-winning marketing team to help support, drive sales and results for more than 900 Kenworth and Peterbilt dealers and TRP Retail Stores in the U.S. and Canada.  As a Marketing Analyst you are responsible for providing sales and marketing management support for effective execution of PPD marketing and advertising programs that engage prospects and evoke desired actions. 

 

Job Functions / Responsibilities

•    Evaluate and execute a marketing plan for an assigned group of dealerships.  Requires project planning, coordination with multiple departments within PPD, and our outside advertising agency to ensure success of marketing and advertising programs.  
•    Strong analytical and communication skills required to coordinate creative development, maintain program participation, recommend products to advertise and suggest dealer inventory to support promotions.  
•    Proactive suggestions and ability to analyze product movement and success factors by dealer location as it relates to promoted product. 
•    Ability to collaborate with the Loyalty team and support the Loyalty platform. Help with increasing membership sign up and program utilization.
•    Manage report generation, performance metrics and ad hoc reports as needed.   
•    Assist in various online and classroom dealer training events, including Parts Essentials, RPM Expos and other dealer meetings as needed.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, or related field required
•    Minimum of three years business, marketing, advertising, inside sales or telemarketing experience 
•    Skilled in Excel and Access. Query and database management experience helpful
•    Proficiency with database management/design, queries and data organization
•    Ability to gather and analyze data, identify areas of opportunity and deliver improvements 
•    Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
•    Effective communication and problem-solving skills
•    Highly motivated self-starter and self-directed learner with a creative mind and high attention to detail
•    Attitude of continuous improvement and ability to handle multiple priorities.
•    Strong presentation skills
•    Knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts and components
•    Team player
•    Ability to travel
•    Six Sigma Belt a plus
•    Fluent in French
