Division Information
PACCAR'S Information Technology Division (ITD) is located in Renton, WA, utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide systems development, consulting, voice and data communications services to the entire corporation, which has high visibility in the technology sector.
About the Team & The Role
Global Connnected Services Marketing team is responsible for promoting how PACCAR is revolutionizing the vehicle ownership experience with the development of innovative services delivered to connected-enabled vehicles. Responsibilities include defining connected vehicle service offerings, ensuring consistent user experienced across brands and channels, developing and executing go-to-market strategies of new services and business developments of the eco system of connected third party services.
Job Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Lead in creating graphics for various digital media (presentations, images and videos), ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Launch assets: project manager to create various marketing assets (merchandising, roll-up banners, etc.) for a new exciting and strategic product launch.
- Brand: Creation & Communication of GCS internal & external brand identity thru all department and marketing materials.
- Customer Experience: Assist Customer Experience Manager in translating Customer Journeys to marketing materials.
- Global Awareness: This role will have responsibility for creating assets for North America and Europe, taking into account local differences in product content and audience.
- Trend Awareness: Keep abreast of current design trends and tools to incorporate fresh, innovative ideas into projects.
- This role reports to the Global Connected Services Marketing Manager
Required Experience & Skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask within a fast-paced environment,
- Creative/forward thinker with fresh ideas. Appetite for connected services and/or truck industry is a plus,
- Excellent organizational and multi- tasking skills with attention to detail,
- Strong time management skills - able to manage priorities and work under tight deadlines,
- Experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or other image-treatment software,
- Working understanding of layout, type, and color with sense of design trends,
- Photo/image manipulation and transformation skills, pulling out bleed, resizing and cropping, retouching, filter and effects, isolation, as needed,
- Expertise in placing graphics and text
Education
Preferred completed undergraduate/graduate degree in Marketing or related field.
