Job Function / Responsibilities:
- Lead the automation strategy and framework development for diagnostic applications, ensuring scalability, quality, and maintainability
- Drive the conversion of manual test cases into robust automation suites to enhance overall test coverage
- Own end-to-end automation validation, including planning, execution, and ensuring release readiness across multiple product releases
- Provide technical leadership in test design, framework optimization, and integration with build and deployment pipelines
- Act as the primary technical point of contact across global teams to align requirements, resolve issues, and ensure seamless execution
- Coordinate cross-functional activities related to testing, defect management, and release planning
- Drive continuous improvement in automation processes, tools, and overall delivery efficiency
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance to strengthen automation capabilities.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Production Engineering
Required Skills:
- Technical / Professional Experience Requirements: 9 to 11 Years
- Domain: Automotive – Diagnostics, Test Automation
- Primary Skill: Test automation frameworks; diagnostic systems; test strategy and validation; scripting (Java, Python); CI/CD concepts
- Secondary Skills: Jenkins; TFS; CANoe; CANalyzer; test management tools
