System Engineer (Exchange and Teams Administration)

PACCAR IT Europe is responsible to development, Implementation and support of all information systems that are used across Europe, India and Brazil.

Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) is a department within PACCAR IT Europe. I&O is responsible for all activities regarding IT Infrastructure. Support of our colleagues within the IT Service desk and managing processes like ITIL by our IT Service management team are also part of the department.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and inquisitive candidate for this team as an Exchange and Teams Administrator you are responsible for the support of our hybrid Exchange environment and MS Teams. You will give support to your colleagues and business units within PACCAR-EU. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining PACCAR’s messaging solutions. You will work in a customer-oriented manner, providing service from your area of expertise.

As Exchange and Teams Administrator you are responsible for the support of the PACCAR-EU infrastructure.

As Exchange and Teams Administrator you will be responsible for –

• MS Exchange online and MS Exchange 2019 in a hybrid environment.
• Anti-spam and anti-phishing technologies.
• Various software & techniques, E.g. Topcall, Evoko, Abnormal and PowerShell.
• Actively develop yourself by training, business analysis and through your own research.
• Handle service requests and incidents for our PACCAR-EU Colleagues.
• Comfortable working in European time zone (08-05:30 CET).

Knowledge & Skills REQUIRED::

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative position, such as Exchange Administrator, SfB / Teams Administrator or similar specialist role.
• Affinity with IT-Systems and business processes in office and factory environments.
• Mail Flow
• You have a good understanding of the current techniques in the market.
• Excellent communication skills in English is a requirement, Dutch is desirable.
• Able to work in a multicultural, global environment and team.
• Working according to ITIL processes.
• You have an Agile mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international team environment.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Engineering, or related field.

Technical / Professional Experience (Desired):

• Mail flow.
• Knowledge of SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
• PowerShell, Active Directory and Azure.
• Knowledge of networking, security, voice and Microsoft platforms.
• Mail clients such as Outlook & OWA
