Division Information

Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, is headquarted in Algona, WA.  Dynacraft is a diversified global manufacturer of commercial vehicle parts and components sold under the Kenworth and Peterbilt brands.  For more than forty years, Dynacraft has provided the company's truck divisions and PACCAR Parts distribution centers with high quality components, subassemblies, and specialized services.  Dynacraft has production facilities in Algona, WA, Louisville, KY and Plano, TX. 

Requisition Summary

SIGN ON BONUS - $250 paid upon hire (1st paycheck), remaining $250 paid after 120 days of employment.


Under general supervision, performs accurately and timely all functions associated with distribution and production support.   Operations including but not limited to inventory control, receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping. These functions are to be executed in a manner consistent with stated goals and expectations. Reports to the shift supervisor.


Day Shift 6:30am to 3:00pm Evening shift 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Job Functions / Responsibilities

Receiving – Accurately and productively verifies delivery bills and verifies product received. Identify compliance issues such as; overages, shortages damaged product, packaging issues and incorrect parts. Matches bar code stocking tag with corresponding parts.
Stocking – Accurately and productively stocks material in appropriate locations considering quantity, size, weight, volume and type of product.
Order Picking – Accurately and productively process customer orders and production picks selecting specified part quantities from assigned inventory location. Matches bin part numbers with computer order number. 
Packing – Accurately and productively consolidates individual customer orders, properly packing items ensuring product will not be damaged in transit to the customer. Rough carpentry performed occasionally. 
Shipping – Accurately and productively prepares preliminary shipping documenting weight, piece count and freight classification of all product.  Ship customer orders as routed loading shipment on appropriate carrier. Operate RF Scanner utilizing SAP accurately for every transaction performed.
Assists in the training of other employees. May perform other duties such as maintenance of stocking locations, cycle counting, not-in-stock research, pre-packing, etc.



Ability to react to change productively. Must work safely and safely operate all distribution center power equipment such as Stand Up Forklift, Rider-Reach Truck and Stock Picker.  Must be able to be cross-trained and rotate through all plant functions as business needs dictate. The physical demands given below are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Withstand heights up to 30 feet.
- Experience operating warehouse power equipment safely.
- Possesses basic problem solving, and basic math and number recognition skills.


High School Diploma or GED
