PACCAR WINCH INC is a wholly owned subsidiary of PACCAR, a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Bellevue, Washington. PACCAR WINCH INC manufactures high quality industrial winches, hoists and drives for the oil/gas, construction, utility and specialty markets.  PACCAR is a Fortune 500 company established in 1905.  Our business is growing and we are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician.  This position is located in Okmulgee, Oklahoma and the schedule is 3rd shift, Sunday - Friday 11:00p.m. - 7:00a.m. Our facility is located at 1204 West 20th Street, Okmulgee, OK.  Hourly Rate of Pay: $15.88 to $22.64 per hour with occasional overtime available, and an additional $1.50 for shift differential.   Benefits include: 401K, medical insurance, dental, vision and company paid life insurance.  Company provided disability coverage as well as 12 paid holidays and paid vacation.  PACCAR Winch does require applicants to complete a background check, drug test, and pre-employment physical as a condition of employment.   • Must be able to follow all written and verbal or written work instruction, operations, and procedures.
  • Have the ability to use hand and pneumatic tools to ensure proper torque and assembly installations to meet engineering and production requirements.
  • Must be capable of reading and understanding blueprints, follow written instruction as required. 
  • Have a good mechanical background, or aptitude.
  • Support plant safety policies and set a good example for others.
  • Actively demonstrate good housekeeping practices.
  • Must have a good ability to work effectively and get along with others.
  • Be able to recognize obvious irregularities in form, fit or function.

  • Wear any safety equipment as may be required.
  • Lift 50 pounds minimum
  • Push and pull 65 pounds minimum
  • Stand and walk on cement floor 8 to 10 hours per day.
  • Do repeated bending, stooping and kneeling
  • Good manual dexterity with both hands
  • Be exposed to greases, oil and surface coatings.
  • Hear and understand verbal instructions
  • Good hand and foot coordination
  • Good peripheral vision.
  • Safely operate machinery with moving and/or cutting edges.
  • Use hand tools


PACCAR Winch is a manufacturer of industrial winches.  Employee is working around heavy machinery.  Employees must be able to operate safely in a busy industrial environment.  Additional physical requirements include standing, walking, bending 90% of the time.  Ability to squat, kneel on both knees, bend forward at the waist and hold hands above head.
