PACCAR Technical Center is seeking a hands-on candidate with strong troubleshooting skills with OBD systems to fill our Technical Lead position. This individual must be familiar with Diesel and Aftertreatment systems.

Division Information
The PACCAR Technical Center provides engineering excellence to the truck, engine, and winch divisions of PACCAR Inc through innovative product development and testing. The Technical Center is located in the Skagit Valley about 65 miles north of Seattle, Washington.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Electrical, Hardware and Software issues using Development tools, Schematics and good Technical knowledge
- Oversee a high mileage accumulation fleet by reporting on issues and keeping them up to date with the latest Software and Calibrations
- Work with Field Test and Running business for root cause analysis
- Run Testing for engineers in a Test Cell and in Vehicles and reporting back the data collected
- Support offsite testing locally and in remote regions
- Be able to execute and post process data
- Use of Matlab, Excel, Windows, and Power point is essential
- Be able to Flash controllers and extract data to read fault codes
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in related field required
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, etc.
- Experience with and understanding of CalTerm and ATI
- OBD troubleshooting skills required
Education
2 year degree from a technical college and/or ASE certification required
