Requisition Summary

Responsible for processing and researching vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and intercompany transactions. Assist with month-end close tasks, including journal entry preparation and other administrative tasks.

 

Job Functions / Responsibilities

 

 

  • Review, code, and process high volume of vendor invoices including working with various parties to resolve invoicing issues
  • Reconcile vendor statements, research, and make corrections of discrepancies
  • Interact with vendors and other outside parties to obtain pertinent information regarding vendor setup
  • Preparation of journal entries and gathering of information for cross-charges to other PACCAR entities
  • Participate in year-end closing activities as assigned
  • Provide accounting support for operations
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications & Skills

  • 1 or more years of related experience
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to develop strong working relations with co-workers and others
  • Strong organizational skills, including ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong personal computer skills including intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • SAP experience desired

 

Education Required

  • Completed Associate Degree (Accounting preferred) or equivalent job experience
