Job Summary
The Integration Systems Administrator is responsible for monitoring, maintenance and support of PACCAR’s integration platform services running on premises (Windows Servers) or Cloud (GCP). The Integration Administrator will provide project-based integration support and serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Integration technologies. The Administrator will work closely with programmers, developers and other administrators to coordinate and collaborate to facilitate integration services with Mainframe Systems, SAP, Open Systems, custom and COTS applications, and a variety of databases while maintaining governance, security and access controls.
Job Function/Responsibilities
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for PACCAR’s Integration Platforms
- Familiar with and provide support for PACCAR’s integration infrastructure including BizTalk, API Management, Windows Servers, cloud platforms is a plus.
- Provide On-Call Rotation for 24x7 Operational Support and Issue Resolution
- Provide timely resolution for integration-related production issues, including root cause analysis.
- Implement and maintain security in accordance with established security policies
- Participate in the development of PACCAR’s integration infrastructure investment roadmap
- Participate in the development of and supports the creation and maintenance of domain artifacts related to Integration technologies
- Support the design and implementation of Integration solutions that comply with PACCAR standards, follow industry best practices and supports the Integration Domain Architecture Roadmap
Job Skills/Qualifications
- candidate is required to have 5+ years of multidisciplinary technical experience with a medium to large organization, preferably in a technical support role
- Familiarity with a variety of communication protocols such as TCP, HTTP, SOAP, REST
- Familiarity with a variety of platforms such as Windows Server, IIS, Firewall, Certificates, Security and Active Directory, and SQL Server
- Familiarity with large software applications such as SharePoint, BizTalk, API Management, etc.
- Understanding of integration concepts: Business-to-Business (B2B), platform-to-platform, etc.
- Understanding of Integration patterns such as Publish/Subscribe, Convoy, etc.
- Working knowledge of software development methodologies and end-to-end software development cycle
- Understanding of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) methodologies and platforms
- Basic knowledge of scripting or development languages such as XML, PowerShell, C#, APIs development etc.

Education
BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related coursework is required
Work Setting
This is an office position in an open cubical setting. Prolonged sitting and manual dexterity are required.
