Division Information

Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, is headquartered in McKinney, TX. Dynacraft is a diversified global manufacturer of PACCAR medium and heavy-duty truck parts sold under the Kenworth, Peterbilt, and DAF nameplates. For more than forty years, Dynacraft has provided the company’s truck manufacturing divisions and PACCAR Parts service parts division with high quality components, subassemblies and specialized services. Dynacraft has two manufacturing facilities in McKinney, TX and Louisville, KY.

Requisition Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong critical thinking skills. The team member will utilize his/her skill sets to identify process improvements, perform variance analysis and implement best practices as a part of a collaborative team. The successful candidate will work directly with the division leadership as well as department managers.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process.
  • Participate in the month-end closing process including journal entries, financial statement review and corporate reporting requirements preparation.
  • Perform variance analysis on overhead expenses.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Focus on process improvements.
  • Prepare & develop daily production KPI metrics.
  • Ad Hoc projects and analysis as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent analytical and technical accounting skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail with a “big picture” focus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, research and problem-solving skills. Deadline driven and self-motivated.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with co-workers and others.
  • SAP experience a plus.
  • CPA or CPA eligible desired.

Education

  • BS/BA or graduate degree in Accounting or Finance required.
