Ops Specialist - Weekend Shift - Starting Pay $18.50 With 30/60/90 Day Bonus Totaling $2,250 Job

We are hiring Operations Specialist for our two NEW Weekend Shifts at our McKinney site. Operations Specialists work in a manufacturing environment building components for Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks.

• Weekend A shift is Friday - Sunday from 5:00AM to 5:30PM
• Weekend B shift is Saturday - Monday from 5:00AM to 5:30PM
• Effective June 7, 2021 pay starts at $18.50 per hour with advancement to $22.80 after 48 months based on performance
• We offer 12 paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision, 401k, and pension

We are excited to also announce a hiring bonus program! All employees with less than 90 days of service are eligible for the new bonuses, along with any new shop floor staff hired on or after May 7, 2021.

Bonus Schedule:

• $500 after 30 days of service. To qualify, employee must receive a meets or above on the 20 day review.
• $750 after 60 days of service.
• $1000 after 90 days of service. To qualify, employee must receive a meets or above on the 90 day review.

In order to qualify, employees must be employed with Dynacraft at time of payment. Employees will be eligible for future date bonuses only (i.e., if employed for 70 days, would be eligible for 90 day bonus only).

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Position involves standing up to 8-hours per day
• Use of hand, pneumatic and vibratory tools
• Use of machines with moving and cutting parts
• Push/pull/lift/carry can involve up to 75 lbs.
• May require repetitive wrist movement
• Ability to read and write English and be able to follow written and oral directions found on items such as build papers
• Must have excellent manual dexterity

Qualifications

MANUFACTURING/ASSEMBLY

Battery Cables, Hoses, and Hardlines

• Occasional twisting/rotating at the waist
• No heavy lifting or lifting above head

Axles, DEF Tanks, and Battery Box

• Lifting is done with a hoist
• Small parts work
• Occasional overhead lifting of lighter weights

DISTRIBUTION/RECEIVING/STOCKING & PICKING
Rolling Stock (Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Fork Lifts, Stock Pickers, and Pallet Jacks)

• Lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
• Push/pull/lift/carry can occasionally involve 100 lb. hose reels
• Occasional twisting push/pull body motions to maneuver rolling stock
• Repetitive motion involved in throttling back and forth
• Frequent squatting and kneeling
• Perform special projects as assigned

Education

A high school diploma or GED is required
