Requisition Summary

Dynacraft is looking for an energetic candidate to have a significant impact as the Infrastructure Support Analyst. The successful candidate would have primary responsibility supporting network and server operations for the business with secondary responsibilities for client IT Operations.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Works with customers in defining and proposing alternative solutions for changes and break fixes
• Provides input on solution and business requirement document
• Participates in project estimations
• Works with business analyst and customer to identify and document requirements that will be used to produce systems requirements documentation.
• Participate with creating business process and system integration points for projects
• Analyzing problems and develop strategies for testing and resolution
• Supports requirements gathering and translation to development team on medium to large scale projects
• Work with management and users to define, develop, and implement innovative business solutions
• Follow System Development Life Cycle and AGILE Processes
• Document core test scenarios for the project

Qualifications

• 3-5 years IT Business Analyst Experience
• Knowledge in SAP in one or more areas: PP, MM and SD, IDOC’s, WM (Preferred)
• 1 – 2 years’ project management experience; requirements analysis activities, interacting with project managers, stakeholders, and developers
• Ability to stay organized
• Demonstrated experience in the delivery of service and change using Agile Methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to communicate both in verbally and in writing within own team and business
• Proven to be able to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated skill in collaborating with internal/external individuals and teams to drive solutions

Education

• 3-5 years IT experience 
• High school diploma required. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
