Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming customer calls; point of contact for general inquiries
  • Provide payoff quotes, bill of sales, final invoices
  • Assist customers with online registration
  • Advises customers by phone or in writing about loan information
  • Process title and lien releases
  • Provide adequate documentation support for administration department
  • Prepares check transmittals for cash receipts
  • Maintains various logs and reports
  • Maintain toll violations on lease customers
  • Assist the title and insurance department as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications and skills

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be able to perform multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Solid PC skills; Microsoft Office suite
  • Must be a team player; flexible and adaptive
  • Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
