Requisition Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong critical thinking skills. The team member with utilize his/her skill sets to identify process improvements, perform financial analysis and implement best practices as part of a collaborative team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Purchasing team and PACCAR Truck divisions. This position is seated at PACCAR North Texas in Lewisville, Texas or PACCAR Corporate in Bellevue, Washington.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Provide accounting support for the analytical review of Purchasing operations and reporting, including cost movements, supplier rebates, Long Term Agreements (LTA), and supply base reporting.
- Communicate timely and accurate cost forecast information to appropriate PACCAR divisions.
- Prepare supplier surcharge and retroactive price adjustment payments.
- Perform supplier financial statement analysis.
- Prepare month-end and year-end management reporting.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven solutions that improve accuracy, efficiency, and business outcomes
- Perform SOX and internal control testing.
- Special assignments and other duties as directed.
Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Highly organized and adaptable professional with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously, respond to changing business needs, and deliver accurate financial analysis and recommendations under tight deadlines
- Advanced Excel skills required and interest in AI tools
- Strong organizational, time management, research and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with “big picture” focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with co-workers and others.
- Positive attitude and “can-do” approach to issue resolution.
Education
- BA in Accounting or Finance with five years of relevant work experience.
- MBA, CPA, or CMA a plus.
