Position Summary

The Sales Operations team is hiring a Sales Analyst to be responsible for managing the data specific to the team, providing critical information to management through database queries and identifying process improvements to support the team. The role has the opportunity to directly impact the effectiveness of our Sales team in market and overall success of the business.



Job Functions / Responsibilities       


  • Act as liaison between sales regions, plants, engineering, materials and transport company to resolve unique issues.
  • Participate and represent Sales Operations within a cross-functional team environment.
  • Respond to management requests for ad hoc information and analysis utilizing database tools and resources.
  • Maintain Sales Operations data and database, identifying and implementing process improvements, working to establish greater efficiencies.
  • Create, maintain, and administer Order Processing Policy & Procedure bulletins, negotiating input from diverse stakeholders.
  • Represent Sales Operations as business lead on system project implementations, to include contributing to the development of use case scenarios and testing/validating as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Qualifications & Skills       


  • 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related area required.
  • Strong PC skills including working with Access databases and Excel spreadsheets required
  • 2 years+ experience with heavy-duty truck or other equipment manufacturer, involving dealer and internal sales organization contact preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload in a self-directed manner.
  • Candidate must possess extreme attention to detail.
  • Experience identifying and proactively addressing opportunities for program improvement.
  • Experience in Six Sigma techniques preferred.
