Division Information

PACCAR Leasing, a PACCAR division, was founded in 1980 to provide premium Kenworth and Peterbilt vehicles to leasing and rental customers. With independent and company-owned locations throughout the United States and Canada, PacLease provides customized full-service lease, rental, and contract maintenance programs designed to meet your specific fleet needs.

Requisition Summary

Provide administrative support for Fort Worth, Texas PacLease Company Store Operations; including: Billing, Fleet Administration, and Inventory Management.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks:

  • Accounts receivable (follow-up & collection), accounts payable, and billing duties.
  • Manage facility maintenance and supply ordering.
  • Provide IT support.

Fleet Administration:

  • Serves as PeopleNet fleet administrator.
  • Maintains insurance compliance for truck lease units.
  • Administers fuel tax missing trips and fuel follow-up.
  • Responsible for PACCAR solutions administration.
  • Manage parts inventory process.
  • Assist and support other Company Stores’ Operations as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Two or more years related administrative or truck rental experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at one time.
  • Ability to prioritize work load based on changing goals and focus.

Education

  • High school diploma required
  • Associate Degree desired
  • Computerized billing experience desired
