Requisition Summary

PACCAR is seeking a Sales and Administrative Coordinator to provide support for Area Sales personnel, conducts a detailed analysis of regional sales metrics, compiles monthly sales reporting and maintains flooring accounts on the accounting system.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Provides sales support to Region Managers and the Area Sales team including assisting with marketing activities, account management and customer service.
  • Generates and maintains daily, weekly and monthly Sales and Administration reports such as transactional reports, new loan reports and vehicle Title follow-up reports.
  • Receives and audits release of Vehicle Titles on a daily basis
  • Prepares direct loan, lease documents and contract revisions as needed.
  • Provides administrative support to dealers, customers and management
  • Conducts detailed analysis of regional sales metrics to assist Region Managers in routine evaluations and decisions
  • Assist with dealer analysis and prepares various marketing reports, which may include chassis reports, multiple marketing share reports, dealer financial reports and other marketing management reports as assigned.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field required.
  • Two years of administrative or sales support experience, preferably in a financial environment.
  • Strong PC skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and other programs.
  • Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation. Ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience with Tableau is a plus.
