Requisition Summary

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR Company, has an opening for a dynamic Safety Intern to add to our Plant Human Resources Team in Denton, Texas. 

Internships are paid $25/hour for undergraduate students and $30/hour for students in a graduate program.                   


Job Functions / Responsibilities

Special Project Assistance including, but not limited to:

  • Assist with job hazard and risk assessment
  • Assist with developing electronic forms and tracking systems for inspections
  • Assist with benchmarking and gap analysis in preparation for ISO 45001:2018
  • Develop new training curriculum and update existing curriculum
  • Rotation through the plant production departments
  • Other tasks as assigned

The candidate we seek will be currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business, or related program and have completed their Sophomore year of college.
