Requisition Summary

This role is a great mix of customer service and repossession administrative responsibilities. If you possess excellent customer service skills and are detail oriented, apply today to join our team!

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming customer phone calls and customer emails (point of contact for general inquiries)
  • Assist customers on the PACCAR Financial website (registrations, payments, etc.)
  • Provides payoff quotes
  • Prepares title releases
  • Prepares check transmittals for daily cash receipts
  • Supports the collection department, as needed
  • Other duties and tasks, as assigned

Repossession Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Processing of repossessed equipment (assign repossession and maintain log, provide updates, and complete the foreclosure process) 
  • Processing of invoices related to repossession and bankrupt accounts
  • Monthly Credit Reporting - (report repossession on credit bureaus)
  • Monthly Credit Disputes - (respond to customer credit reporting disputes)
  • Prepare monthly Corporate Portfolio report

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A minimum of two years related work experience
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision making skills 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus 
  • PC Skills, Microsoft Office, Teams
