Division Information
PACCAR Leasing, a PACCAR division, was founded in 1980 to provide premium Kenworth and
Peterbilt vehicles to leasing and rental customers. PacLease is one of the fastest-growing commercial

accelerate your career at PacLease. The Operations Administrative Specialist will support the Remote
Operations Team in fleet operations for PacLease customer accounts.This position is based at our
PacLease office in Dallas, TX.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
• Provide effective and professional fleet related support for PacLease customer accounts.
• Accounts payable for Lease/Rental/Service invoices with providers throughout the U.S.
• Assist with accounts receivable for Remote Operations customer collections and operational
• Provide customer service to Remote Fleet customers through PACCAR call center processes.
• Maintain customer and unit files.
• Enhance customer experience through remote onboarding and communications.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1-3 years of related experience, preferably in a full-service leasing and/or maintenance environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and low error rate.
• Organized multitasker
• Team player with ability to work well with remote locations.
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer billing experience preferred.
• Karmak Fusion and AS400 experience preferred.

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
