Requisition Summary

Provides Process Engineering support to Maintenance Team to positively affect safety, quality, cost, delivery, morale and environment (SQCDME) objectives. 

Job Functions / Responsibilities

•    Assists Maintenance team in implementing and maintaining standard work processes
•    Participates in daily problem-solving activities in the maintenance department 
•    Investigates, proposes, and implements improvements to equipment in the facility
•    Participates in continuous improvement team (CIT) activities and drives issues to resolution.
•    Develops and validates Preventative Maintenance, Store Room, and PM/PdM processes, generating process documentation for all activities
•    Direct improvement of information flow, internal and external of the department.
•    Drive CMMS Improvement Initiatives to remove Obsolete Stock
•    Assist in implementation of new parts retrieval equipment
•    Lead QR Project Implementation/Maintenance of System
•    Create CMMS reports to effectively communicate metrics
•    Assist Reliability Engineer in FMEA development for critical equipment
•    Develop digital maintenance library of repair manuals and checkout process
•    Assist in the development of electronic PM/PdM dashboard for assembly processes
•    Actively participates in and supports cost reduction, Six Sigma, and 3/10 program initiatives
•    Identifies projects, generates cost estimates, justifies projects for inclusion in proposed capital and expense budgets. Projects include implementation, budgeting and schedule planning to complete the project on-time and in budget.
•    Develops, proposes, and implements Capital Budget projects.
•    Keep internal/external customers, managers, and peers informed of work progress, activities, problems, or opportunities of which they should be aware.
•    Other duties as assigned.


•    Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field preferred.
•    Project management skills.
•    Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects/tasks.
•    Demonstrated problem solving and written/verbal communication skills.
•    Functional skills in using Microsoft Office.
•    Attendance is an essential function of this position.
•    Lean/Six Sigma training/experience.
•    CMRT/CMRP Experience
•    CMMS Experience

•    Functional skills in using AutoCad software.
•    Experience in Business Analytics
