Requisition Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is well-versed in corporate finance and the financial markets and is looking to contribute to PACCAR Financial overall success. PACCAR Financial Services provides wholesale and retail financing and leasing for Kenworth, Peterbilt, and DAF trucks with worldwide assets of $22.8 billion. 

 

The position is located in Bellevue, WA.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis in various treasury areas in support of PACCAR’s global manufacturing and financial services companies.
  • Analysis topics include foreign exchange, interest rate derivatives, commodity hedges and debt issuance alternatives.
  • Track and fulfill debt compliance requirements.
  • Utilize treasury systems to produce month-end reporting for debt and derivative portfolios.
  • Support accounting entries and disclosures for debt and derivative transactions.  
  • Participate on projects to expand utilization and functionality of treasury technology.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional, office, or corporate environment required.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Advanced degree in related area. Interest in CPA/CFA certification or currently pursing CPA/CFA.
  • Experience analyzing treasury areas and/or supporting accounting entries for debt transactions.
  • Experience with treasury principles and management systems.
  • Knowledge of ASC 815 (formerly FAS133) derivatives accounting principles.
  • Experience with Bloomberg, SQL and Tableau.
