This position will be located in Bellevue, WA.

 

Requisition Summary


PACCAR is seeking motivated individual who will be able to develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and reporting. The Supplier Quality System Manager position will work across multiple divisions,  departments, and countries to enhance the experience for their customers.

 

Job Functions / Responsibilities


Some of the responsibilities and qualifications for this position are, but not limited to the following:

  • Process and system development and maintenance
  • System improvement: Investigate and implement improvements using Voice of the Customer
  • Support in strategies to enhance supply chain performance and product quality
  • Develop new process improvements to increase the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of our work.
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Extract, clean, merge, transform and compile data from various data sources, including relational database, flat files, NoSQL databases and unstructured data.
  • Development Reports to provide accurate, relevant, and meaningful ad-hoc analysis to management to support strategic and tactical decision-making.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum five years of applicable job experience
  • Proven ability to make process improvements, using Lean Six Sigma, statistical techniques and kaizen events
  • Project Management experience with a focus on achieving timing requirements.
  • Strong analytical/technical aptitude
  • Experience with, or understanding of statistical techniques, modelling
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong PC skills with familiarity in Tableau, Microsoft Office SharePoint design and maintenance
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and manage multiple priorities
  • Workload based on changing goals and focus.

 

Education / Training


Minimum Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science or other technical field)

 

Preferred Education/Training

 

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Computational Finance, Analytics, MIS or related field; or professional certifications such as CFA, CBIP, or MSCE in Business Intelligence
  • Project Management Certification (PMP)
  • Lead teams or projects across multiple functions
  • Experience with, or understanding with cloud based Web Services (AWS)
  • Demonstrable in-depth understanding of data structures and ETL processes (including SSIS)
  • Familiarity with cloud storage and application developed and deployed on AWS
  • Six Sigma / Lean Belt training
