PACCAR Financial (PFC)
PACCAR Financial facilitates the sale of premium-quality PACCAR vehicles in 20 countries on three continents worldwide by offering a full spectrum of creative, flexible financial products and value-added services specifically tailored to the transportation industry.
Requisition Summary
Responsible for development, administration, maintenance, release management, and support of various PFC systems built using Salesforce as the platform.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Participate in design and development of Salesforce applications in alignment with the Solution Architect and Center of Excellence
- Testing and Release of Salesforce solutions
- Management of user accesses, roles, and licenses
- Responsibility over platform health and security
- Communicate status / issues / KPIs at various management levels.
- Continuous learning and alignment to new Salesforce features and best practices
Qualifications & Skills
- A typical candidate should be Salesforce certified administrator and has experience playing that role in a similar environment.
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems, performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, managing access, create/maintain databases, importing data and generating Salesforce reports.
- Coordinating Salesforce releases.
- Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
- From a core skills standpoint, candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
- OmniStudio Administration
- Experience Cloud Administration
- Understanding of the use of Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components Flows
- Configuration and customization knowledge
- Integration and Test class experience
- Familiarity with DevOps, GitHub, and deployment best practices
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- Salesforce or agile certifications preferred

Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
