Division Information

PACCAR Leasing, a PACCAR division, was founded in 1980 to provide premium Kenworth and Peterbilt vehicles to leasing and rental customers. Requisition Summary

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining all collateral material and branding specific to PACCAR Leasing. This position is also responsible for the content maintenance of the PacLease website and electronic marketing newsletters.  In addition, this position serves as coordinator for division public relations activities.  This position requires original and creative thought to support projects with hard deadlines and high visibility.  Must be able to work independently. 

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the design, creation, and maintenance of  marketing material and branded merchandise for PACCAR Leasing to support US and Canada.
  • Possess strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Support department event specialist with planning and coordination of PACCAR Leasing tradeshows and customer events as needed.
  • Own the management of the public relations (PR) content for PACCAR Leasing by coordinating relevant topics and information with the PR agency to develop press releases, which add company value and expand media opportunity.
  • Maintain company and division graphics standards. Serve as division Subject Matter Expert (SME) for communicating division-branding guidelines.
  • Responsible for creation of ad graphics in addition to email campaign graphics, within CRM system.  In addition, manages CRM communication programs for value added services and resources.
  • Own management and design of division website.  Responsible for analyzing website traffic via Google Analytics.
  • Lead PacLease Blog article content coordination and development.
  • Develop company specific videos, including storyboards, and scripts to add to current video library collection.
  • Coordinate invoices and purchasing approvals for marketing and tradeshow event materials as needed.  Maintain budget worksheet with expense items.
  • Support management, including senior level management as needed with creative content for PowerPoint presentations and projects.
  • Serve as division special events photographer as needed.  In charge of division digital photography and media files.
  • Able to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 3+ years of marketing experience desired.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch (Adobe Creative Cloud) and InDesign.
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Advanced photography experience.


  • CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) desired.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS and basic technical considerations.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Videography experience helpful.
  • Knowledge of United States and Canada marketing and advertising regulations helpful.
