Division Information

PACCAR Leasing, a PACCAR division, was founded in 1980 to provide premium Kenworth and Peterbilt vehicles to leasing and rental customers. PacLease is one of the fastest-growing commercial truck leasing companies in the transportation industry. With independent and company-owned locations throughout the United States and Canada, PacLease provides customized full-service lease, rental, and contract maintenance programs designed to meet your specific fleet needs.

Requisition Summary

This position performs a variety of functions in the processing and administration of franchise documentation, communications and portals for the PacLease Franchise Network. This position is the first point of contact for our customer and is required to provide exemplary customer service.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Manages files and databases for the franchise operations department.
  • Updates franchise information data according to executed agreements and amendments.
  • Ensures franchise information accuracy in systems, databases, directories and websites.
  • Coordinates the release of bulletins and email communications for the network.
  • Prepares and updates content in different portals.
  • Manages user accounts of portals and applications for franchises.
  • Coordinates franchise orientation and tours.
  • Assists in the preparation of department franchise documentation and reports.
  • Coordinates meetings and special events.
  • Supports franchise and supplier programs.
  • Coordinates franchise awards orders and distribution.
  • Performs administrative duties (including but not limited to mail distribution, phone coverage, data entry, archiving, scanning, check deposits preparation, mailbox monitoring, customer service, proofreading, etc.).
  • Becomes familiar with month-end deadlines to post and distribute reports and data.
  • Acts as a backup of other Administrators, Specialists and the Executive Assistant.
  • Provides support to franchises and AOMs with matters related to franchise operations and supplier programs.
  • Participates in process improvement efforts and performs other duties and special projects as assigned.


The ideal candidate has 2+ years’ experience working in an office setting, performing administrative responsibilities and supporting customers. Candidates with experience in SharePoint and user account management are preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Power Point, Excel), Adobe.
  • Experience working with customers and vendors.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to complete complex administrative task with minimal supervision.
  • Experience managing phone systems and directing inbound calls.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish desired.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field.
