PACCAR Financial (PFC)
PACCAR Financial facilitates the sale of premium-quality PACCAR vehicles in 25 countries on four continents worldwide by offering a full spectrum of creative, flexible financial products and value-added services specifically tailored to the transportation industry.
Job Functions / Responsibilities

Manage and review the preparation of the PACCAR Financial Corp quarterly and annual SEC Forms 10-Q and 10-K.

Direct the preparation of financial statements, footnote disclosures and MD&A support.

Manage the preparation of timely, accurate and meaningful financial reports, for both management and external users.

Manage reporting of monthly new business volume, credit losses and portfolio credit quality.

Review and prepare sections of the monthly Greybook.

Assist in documentation for Sarbanes Oxley.

Lead the preparation and completion of the annual credit loss study.
-
Actively participate in special projects utilizing technical accounting and analytical skills to make recommendations.

Lead process improvement and Six Sigma initiatives.

Support new loan and lease system implementation; support change management of department operational and reporting processes.

Lead and mentor three direct reports.

Other ad hoc reports and analysis as assigned.

Qualifications

7 years of related experience.

Strong interpersonal skills; Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Demonstrated strong leadership ability.

Solid analytical and decision-making skills.

High attention to detail with a big-picture focus.

Strong understanding of accounting concepts and principles and knowledge of financial statements.

Must be a self-starter, have the ability to multi-task and prioritize activities to meet deadlines as required.

Proficiency PC skills focusing on Excel, Word, and Access.

Proficiency with SAP, Tableau and Power BI desired.
Education
-
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required

CPA/MBA Professional Certification Desired
