Division Information

PACCAR Financial (PFC)
PACCAR Financial facilitates the sale of premium-quality PACCAR vehicles in 25 countries on four continents worldwide by offering a full spectrum of creative, flexible financial products and value-added services specifically tailored to the transportation industry. 

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Manage and review the preparation of the PACCAR Financial Corp quarterly external 10Q and 10K reporting
  • Direct the preparation of financial statements, footnote disclosures and MD&A support
  • Manage the preparation of timely, accurate and meaningful financial reports, for both management and external users
  • Manage the processing of monthly retail volume and credit losses
  • Review and prepare sections of the monthly Greybook
  • Assist in documentation and testing for Sarbanes Oxley
  • Lead the preparation and completion of the annual credit loss study
  • Actively participate in special projects utilizing technical accounting and analytical skills to make recommendations
  • Lead process improvement and Six Sigma initiatives
  • Lead and mentor three direct reports
  • Other ad-hoc analysis as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum four to six years related experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership ability
  • Solid analytical and decision making skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts and principles and knowledge of financial statements.
  • Must be a self-starter, have the ability to multi-task and prioritize activities to meet deadlines as required
  • Proficiency PC skills focusing on Excel, Word, Access
  • Proficiency with SAP and Tableau desired.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required

CPA/MBA Professional Certification Desired
