Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Prepare timely, accurate and meaningful reports for management. Reporting covers key areas of the Financing business, including Credit Losses, New Business Volume and Market Interest Rate
  • Actively participate in month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including completing monthly financial reports for PACCAR Financial Corp and PACCAR Financial Services Worldwide as well as preparation of credit loss journal entries
  • Support the preparation of PACCAR Financial Corp’s quarterly and annual filings to the SEC
  • Participate in preparation of annual credit loss study
  • Prepare account reconciliations on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly as required
  • Lead process improvement and Six Sigma initiatives
  • Complete special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned


  • Minimum 2+ years relevant work experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial reporting software (Active Disclosure, Wdesk)
  • Competency with data analytics tools, with emphasis in Tableau
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability effectively communicate with other departments.
  • Solid analytical and decision making skills
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts and principles; knowledge of financial statements
  • Attention to detail
  • Deadline-driven and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong desire and willingness to improve and streamline processes
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and changing priorities


Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required

CPA Professional Certification preferred
