PACCAR Corporate Emission Compliance Office is looking for Emission Warranty Manager.

This role will be responsible to manage warranty staff and lead the CARB, EPA and ECCC emission warranty reporting, notice of defect and recall process. This role also involves interaction with EPA, CARB, ECCC and throughout the PACCAR organization to identify and understand a process gap and develop and maintain solutions.

The successful candidate will be involved in analyzing, validating and modify existing reporting tools and process related to emission defect, warranty and recall. In addition, the emission warranty manager will participate in development and lead new early warning process joint with aftersales and marketing business.





  • Manage warranty staff and represent PACCAR emission warranty to CARB, EPA, ECCC and EMA. 
  • Understand CARB, EPA and ECCC existing and upcoming Emission warranty requirements.
  • Work with different teams within the organization and evaluate the current tools and improve the current data quality, process and executive the improvements. 
  • Collaborate with Peterbilt and Kenworth Safety and Compliance, ITD, Engineering team to review warranty claims, defect and recall report for EPA, CARB and ECCC.
  • Lead the team to understand, analyze and validate IT tools.
  • Review and analyze reports that go to EPA, CARB and ECCC.
  • Support PACCAR Emissions Board in decisions regarding part defects





  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of related industry experience desired. 
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and self-motivated
  • Understanding of emission related parts and functions.
  • Awareness of the warranty system and/or failed part analysis methods are helpful.
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau, Python and SQL desired.
