Requisition Summary

The PACCAR Corporate IT team is looking for talented, ambitious, self-directed business analysts with a strong technology background to manage a portfolio of software applications and lead our IT projects. Job Functions / Responsibilities


•    Production support for a portfolio of systems and applications, such as: Infinium, Docuware, Report2Web, FIS Quantum and custom web applications
•    Provide first level support for Microsoft Windows, MS Access, MS SQL, and Oracle databases applications including installation, upgrades, and problem resolutions as needed. Escalate to ITD support teams or outside vendors as needed.
•    Respond to SOX audit deliverable requests from internal and external auditors
•    Manage projects by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending corrective actions when needed
•    Coordinate resources and services from external vendors and internal teams
•    Effectively communicate with business users and partners to identify, design, and implement impactful technology solutions that support business strategies
•    Function as the voice of the business user and be passionate about the user experience
•    Lead the business team in gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements leveraging Agile methodology
 


 
Qualifications & Skills


•    Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into user stories.
•    Understanding the .NET application technology stack, the level of complexity, and effort involved in system changes.
•    Demonstrated project management, problem solving, facilitation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
•    Experience in various roles within Information Technology particularly application development or system administration.
•    Experience with Agile methodologies and/or Scrum.
•    Self-motivated and able to work effectively with little or no supervision with a focus on delivery.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products, specifically SharePoint, Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 


Education


•    BA/BS Degree in Business / Information Technology or comparable experience.
•    Advanced PM training (i.e. PMP), Master's Degree, Six Sigma certification or training is desired.
