Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Apply cash receipts for Trucks, Parts and International dealers in the Accounts Receivable sub-ledger (MSA) system.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Credit and Division Accounts Receivable to ensure timely and accurate cash coding and application.
  • Record daily cash receipts and transfers for PACCAR Inc and its various Divisions, and reconcile daily cash balance in bank account against cash receipts database.
  • Prepare monthly intercompany/advance transactions with other PACCAR Divisions.
  • Perform reconciliations of intercompany receivable accounts.
  • Perform month-end close duties including preparation of Accounts Receivable reports used by other divisions.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and/or Manager.

Qualification & Skills

  • 1- 3 years in AR/accounting experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handling multiple tasks and changing priorities while meeting non-negotiable deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong personal computer skills including intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft products – Access, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Positive attitude and “can-do” approach to issue resolution 
  • SAP experience desired.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
